ISCE Oral Presentation File Format
Conference rooms are equipped with PCs running Microsoft Office 2007 on Microsoft Windows XP Professional. Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive/memory stick as a Microsoft Windows PowerPoint file. Give the drive to the person at the registration desk in the envelope provided in your registration packet either on Sunday, 17 August (Nittany Lion Inn Rotunda) or by 11.00 (11:00 AM) the DAY BEFORE your presentation (in the Life Sciences Building at the registration desk outside 100 Berg Auditorium). You can pickup your drive from the Berg registration desk after your session.
If you have additional audio or video files, or any additional questions regarding your presentation, please contact Bryan Banks before the conference and/or relay your question on the envelope containing your flash drive. The presentation computers have many media file players; however, to check the compatibility of your audio or video file, please schedule a time to meet with the audio/video technicians when you turn in your presentation at the registration table (the day before).
